The Clarity Smartphone application gives health plan members mobile access to their health insurance card anytime and anywhere, so even if the card itself is lost or forgotten, the member can receive services. It’s the ultimate member experience, brought to you by Clarity.
- Cards can be viewed, emailed or faxed and card itself can be rotated, magnified or flipped to display the front and back sides – all while retaining the card’s readability and usability.
- A PIN, in combination with other member data, uniquely identifies the member for secure access to the card. The client can set the number of PIN characters.
- The app can be branded for a client (including branding icons, artwork and colors) and configured to client specifications through common interfaces or client preference files.
- Mobile delivery gives clients the opportunity to personally connect members anytime and anywhere to help enhance member relationships.
